About This Game
Some time after the events in Urban Legend in Limbo, a mysterious object resembles a probe crashes into Yokai Mountain and started to roam around. Reimu and Sanae decided to investigate the probe and found out it was of otherworldly origin, while at Eientei Eirin and Kaguya aware that Gensokyo will face new crisis. Touhou Kanjuden (English: Eastern Tale of the Ultramarine Orb) is the fifteenth official installment of the Touhou Project and features four playable characters; Reimu Hakurei, Marisa Kirisame, Sanae Kochiya, and Reisen Udongein Inaba, each with their own storyline and shot system. Considered as "The next generation of Touhou shooter", Touhou Kanjuden removing complicated gameplay mechanics by adding two new game modes; Point Device or Legacy Mode. Point Device allows player to save in certain parts of the stage, and Legacy Mode is similar to the previous games without save points.
